We accept product returns for 30 days after the date of purchase. Warranty periods may be extended for purchases made during the December holiday season.
To return a product, you must first contact our customer service department for a Return Material Authorization number. To request an RMA, email us at customerservice@frutproducts.com. Include your order number, a list of items you are returning, and the reason for your return. We will send an RMA and instructions for making the return.
Defective mixer blades will be replaced free of charge.
Customers returning items for other reasons will receive refunds to their credit card in the amount of the sale, less shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. |
