Side-by-Side Comparison of the KitchenAid flat beater vs. SideSwipe KLW-1

To show how much better SideSwipe works, we creamed 1 cup of softened butter with 1 cup of granulated sugar using KitchenAid's standard beater and the new SideSwipe KLW-1. The KA beater (left) not only leaves ingredients on the bowl, but the consistency is heavy and grainy. SideSwipe (right) scrapes the bowl and delivers a light, fluffy creamed mixture in less time. A light creamed mixture adds loft to baked goods.
